mx6: dts: Move dtbs under SoC level

Place dtbs under SoC level rather than board level.

imx6q-novena.dtb and imx6dl-wandboard-revb1.dtb were
placed under the board config option, so move them
to SoC level.

This also aligns with the kernel dts Makefile format.
