   6 Add the SPI_MASTER_GPIO_SS flag for the spi-ath79 driver. Otherwise,
   7 the custom chipselect function is never called. This breaks hardware,
   8 where the three dedicated chipselect lines are used instead of generic
   9 GPIO pins.
